Finally an affordable solution for high flow stainless headers for your Gen3 Hemi! These were designed right here at Hammer Fab and include features like, 1/2" thick stainless flanges, 1-7/8" OD stainless primary tubes, 3" OD V-band collectors. Ground clearance will not be an issue as these do not stick down any further than the 8HP transmission oil pan.
The flanges are laser cut out of 1/2" thick 304 Stainless steel then de-burred prior to assembly.
The 1-7/8" primary tubes are 3D printed out of 316 stainless with .065" wall thickness. The tubes will come with a light texture raw finish (looks like cast metal). Each tube will have 2-3 TIG weld seams that will be back purged and fixtured in house.
The collectors are also 3D Printed out of 316 Stainless steel and include a built in 3" V-Band flange with male protrusion (matches Stainless Bros flanges).
