The HF-D100 Hydraulic Installation tool is a must for any serious fabricator. This tool is very versatile as it can be used for installing dimple dies, riv nuts, and also for punching holes if you have the proper dies. It is hand operated with a pump-action and has an easy access button for releasing the pressure. Comes with 1/4-20 mandrel and hard plastic case. Additional mandrels are sold separately.
3750 lbs of pull force are perfect for the riv nut recess dies, riv nuts, flush recess dies (requires the additional mandrels sold separately) or anything requiring 3750 lbs of force or less. Crater makers require too much force for this tool.
