This heavy-duty crossmember is built from 3/16” steel and precision-engineered using 3D scan data to maximize exhaust clearance, simplify installation, and maintain proper floor clearance.
Each unit is laser cut, CNC bent, and TIG welded in Texas—100% Made in the USA.
Includes locating templates and step-by-step instructions, plus a video QR code for guided installation. Installation requires drilling four new 3/8” holes into the factory “C” section of your original K-frame.
